Why is Purring Pumas unable to provide me with a full price catalog?
Due to the nature of Puma parts, their scarcity, and the constant fluxuations in the international monetory exchange market our inventory is constantly changing and we are unable to publish a full price catalog.
I have received a price quote via phone or email, how long is my quote good for?
Your price quote is good for 30 days from the date you received it.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & AMEX), personal checks,
cashier's checks, U.S. Money Orders, and PayPal. Please note that if you decide
to send a personal check we will have to wait for your check to clear
with our bank before sending out your parts. Our PayPal email address is email@example.com. Please make all payments payable to Alan
Can I order items COD?
We are unable to fulfill orders via COD.
My shipping address is in California, am I subject to sales tax?
Yes, all orders shipped to California addresses are subject to 8.75% sales tax.
How do I track my order?
For all U.S. orders over $20.00 we will provide you with a UPS tracking number or USPS delivery confirmation within 24 hours of shipment. Unfortunately, for most international orders we are unable to provide a tracking number.
Once I receive my parts, what should I do?
Upon receiving your order please inspect it IMMEDIATELY. If you discover parts are damaged please contact us immediately.
For damaged UPS orders:
Please contact UPS directly at 1-800-PICKUPS. Do not dismantle the package as UPS will need to inspect the shipping box and materials. If your shipment is unpacked, the carrier will void your claim.

What is your return policy?
are responsible for postage on all returns. We will gladly exchange or
give full refunds on any returned part as long as the part is in new
and unused condition. All returns must be return shipped within 30 days of the
original shipping date. Please note that all returns are subject to a
15% restocking fee.
Please note: We do not accept returns on electrical parts or brake master cylinders.
